At just 17, Billy launched his first business, Billy Boy’s Fruit. The company quickly grew, expanding into produce, gift shops, and other retail ventures across Osceola County. In the early 2000s, he founded Ticket Momma (ticketmomma.com), which offered discounted theme park tickets, hotel and vacation home rentals, as well as car rentals through Rental Car Momma. Around the same time, Billy started Rocker’s Lockers, providing mini-storage units. By the mid-2000s, he broadened his business portfolio to include multi-tenant commercial buildings, freestanding commercial properties, billboards, including single-tenant spaces, medical offices, industrial properties, commercial properties, small bay warehouses and flex buildings, and storage facilities.
